Work has begun!

Today at 9:00am teams finally got the case: it deals with one of the most complex and sometimes obscure aspects of the strategy of any company, and a make-or-break point that is always on the spotlight: Pricing. This time, teams will be analyzing the price structure of a leading company in the Latin America hand and body care industry,  and they were tasked for a strong proposition on what their new price strategy should be, considering hard data and strategic aspects.

Along with tha case they also got additional data related to historical and estimated prices.  Some of the teams came to call it "an incredibly dense ammount of tables and numbers which still need to be given a meaning".
